Jenna Simard

Jenna Simard is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and operational leadership within the behavioral health and education sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Hi Rasmus since February 2024 and the Founder/Consultant of Sage Solutions since October 2023, Jenna specializes in supporting behavioral health companies with operational and technical implementation. Previous roles include Vice President of Operations at Ascend Behavior Partners, where Jenna led various teams and improved software for client management, and multiple positions at Centria Healthcare, focusing on business operations and training. Further experience includes managing programs for special needs at The Friendship Circle, teaching secondary science at Miami-Dade County Public Schools, and participating in Teach for America. Jenna holds a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies and German from the University of Michigan.
