José-Miguel Paz-Peñuelas

José-Miguel Paz-Peñuelas has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. José-Miguel is currently working at Hiab as the Operations Director, responsible for managing resources and ensuring organizational efficiency. Prior to this, they served as the Manager Supply Chain and Interim Operations Director at Hiab. José-Miguel also held the position of Global Supplier Development Manager, where they focused on optimizing the supply chain and streamlining logistics processes.

Before joining Hiab, José-Miguel worked at Cargotec Corporation, where they held various roles such as Project Manager, Logistics and Planning, and Materials Manager. In these positions, they improved supply chain efficiency, oversaw material planning and control, and managed procurements.

José-Miguel has also been involved in social entrepreneurship as the co-founder of hiberis, a foundation focused on social project development and innovation. Additionally, they founded ActivaTeam, a separate venture.

Earlier in their career, José-Miguel worked at Exide Technologies as the Health, Safety & Environment Plant Responsible and Production Planner. José-Miguel also served as a Health, Safety & Environment Engineer.

Jose-Miguel began their career at YMCA as a Day Camp Councellor.
