Michał Grzybek

Michał Grzybek has extensive experience in production and management roles. Michał is currently working as the Production Director (Value Stream Manager) at Hiab since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Kimball Electronics Group from 2011 to 2021 as a Production Manager in the automotive, medical, industrial, and public safety sectors. Michał also held the position of Production Manager at Winkelmann Automotive in 2010, Shift Manager at Dr. Schneider Automotive Polska from 2008 to 2010, and Shift Manager at Faurecia from 2006 to 2008.

From 2001 to 2006, Michał Grzybek pursued a degree in management at the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology. Michał completed their studies with an M.Sc., Eng. in management, specializing in the field of computer science and management, from the Faculty of Computer Science and Management.
