Pamela Ostrowska

Pamela Ostrowska is an experienced professional in process management and continuous improvement, currently serving as Process Excellence & Deployment Manager at Hiab since March 2022. In this role, Pamela builds a team supporting digital transformation and drives process management frameworks, focusing on optimization and RPA solutions while leading the Case Management project. Previously, Pamela held various positions at Flex from 2010 to 2022, including Lean Project Manager, where efforts centered on lean projects to enhance operational KPIs, and Senior Lean Specialist, managing initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and ergonomics while conducting training in Lean methodologies. Pamela's educational background includes a Master's degree in Management from Gdańsk University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Gdansk.
