Przemyslaw Skalecki

Przemyslaw Skalecki has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Przemyslaw started their career in 2005 with a student practice at Butlins. Przemyslaw then held various positions at ESTO and ESTO Company, including Production Coordinator, Analysis Specialist, and HR Manager. In 2008, they joined TPV Displays Gorzow Wlkp. as an Organization and Efficiency Engineer before being promoted to Production Line Supervisor. In 2010, they moved to Kimball Electronics Poland as a Production Manager. From 2011 to 2013, they worked at Faurecia as a Plant Launch Team Leader, Faurecia Excellence System Specialist, and UAP Manager. In 2017, they became the Chief Operating Officer at ESTO Sp. z o.o. before transitioning to Hiab in 2018. At Hiab, they served as a Senior Production Manager, Operational Director (Plant Manager)/Proxy at Cargotec Poland, and currently holds the position of Hiab Operational Excellence Director.
