Chloe Shiras

Chloe Shiras is currently a Program Officer for U.S. Refugee Admissions at the U.S. Department of State. Chloe previously held positions at HIAS, Church World Service, Lutheran Social Services, Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service, Migration Policy Institute, Jewish Vocational Services, and CASA de Maryland. Chloe completed their Master's degree in Public Policy Analysis from the University of California, Berkeley, after obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from Trinity College-Hartford.
