Ellen Kotik

Ellen Kotik is an Infrastructure Engineer at HIAS, responsible for maintaining the organization's technical infrastructure and ensuring efficient operations. Prior to HIAS, Ellen worked as a Network Administrator/Helpdesk Support at Metropolitan Research Associates and as a Systems Engineer at OTC Communications. Ellen has a Diploma in Network Engineer and Data Communication from The Chubb Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Technology and Computer Automation Processing from Belarusian National Technical University. Ellen brings a wealth of experience in network administration, user support, and help desk services to the organizations Ellen has worked for.
