Jessica Gebauer M.ed.

Jessica Gebauer M.Ed. is currently the Dean of Instruction at Hiawatha Academies. Jessica is also the CEO & Co-Founder of The Marigold Force. With extensive experience in literacy intervention, English language arts specialization, leadership, and equity analysis, Jessica has a passion for creating impactful learning experiences for students and teachers. Their background includes roles as a travel coordinator, 2nd-grade teacher, and long-term reserve teacher in various educational settings. Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching, as well as a Master's degree in Education from the University of Minnesota.
