Gerard Doherty

Gerard joined Hibernia in 2017 as Head of Project Management and was promoted to Director of Development in July 2020. He was responsible for the delivery of the award winning Windmill Quarter. He has over 20 years’ experience in construction and real estate development in both Ireland and the UK having previously worked with Balfour Beatty and John Paul Construction as well as in a variety of Development and Asset Management roles. He has extensive residential, office and planning experience. Gerard is a first class honours graduate of the University of Ulster and has a post graduate diploma in Project Management from Trinity College Dublin. He is also a Chartered Construction Manager.
