Chen Jana has extensive experience in customer success and business operations, currently serving as Business Operations Lead at HiBob since January 2019, following roles as Customer Success Director, Customer Success Team Lead, and Customer Success Manager within the same company. Prior to HiBob, Chen held the position of Customer Success Manager at Appreciate from May 2016 to August 2018 and worked at Velis as Campaign Manager and Team Leader Mobile Campaign Manager from February 2014 to February 2016. Earlier in Chen's career, a role as an Economist at The Coca-Cola Company spanned from October 2012 to September 2013. Chen Jana earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Tel Aviv University between 2009 and 2012.
