Bertrand Saillet

Bertrand Saillet has a strong background in hardware engineering and operations management. Bertrand is currently working at HID Global as the VP of Hardware Engineering for the Identification Technologies BA. Prior to this role, they held the position of VP of Operations and Hardware platform development for the Textiles Services BU at HID Global. Before joining HID Global, Bertrand worked at INVENGO® as the VP of Operations and Hardware platform development. Bertrand also has experience at Unitec Semicondutores as the Technology Center Manager and Technology Integrator, where they played a key role in setting up a semiconductor fab in the southern hemisphere. Earlier in their career, Bertrand worked at LFoundry as the Sr Manager of Yield and Process Integration, at Atmel Corporation as the Yield Section Head and Product Yield Engineer, and at STMicroelectronics as a Research Engineer.

Bertrand Saillet completed their Bachelor's degree in Microelectronic & Telecommunication from Polytech Marseille in 2004. Bertrand also pursued a Master's degree in Micro, nanoelectronics, and science engineering from Aix-Marseille University in 2004.
