Ann Ethington

Ann (Loudermilk) Ethington is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and portfolio operations, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Hidden Harbor Capital Partners. Previously, Ann held positions at Heidrick & Struggles as an Engagement Manager and Associate, and at DHR International as a Senior Associate. Ann began a career in recruitment at Ferguson Partners as a Search Associate and gained initial experience as a Legislative Intern at Short Strategy Group. Ann earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Indiana University Bloomington, graduating in 2012.
