Lauren McNicol

Lauren McNicol has extensive experience in both education and industrial training. Currently serving as the People Development Lead at Stellantis since July 2013, Lauren has also held roles as a Training Coordinator and Production Team Member, where responsibilities included assembling components for the Jeep Cherokee while adhering to quality and safety standards. Prior to this, Lauren worked as a First Grade Teacher at St. Joseph's Academy from August 2009 to July 2012, focusing on the development and delivery of educational programs and curriculum planning. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Florida Southern College, obtained in 2009.
