Ryan Ruzich has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Ryan is currently working as a Lead Gameplay Programmer (Sandbox) at Hidden Path Entertainment since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at ZeniMax Online Studios as a Senior Gameplay Programmer from February 2015 to November 2022. In this role, they led the effort to get a new engine working on Third Party consoles, integrated and iterated on the engine's scripting solution, and ported ESO to Google Stadia. Before ZeniMax, Ryan worked at BAE Systems from 2010 to 2015. Ryan held positions such as Sr Software Engineer, where they integrated CUDA accelerated Video Windows, modernized GPU middleware, and developed software for data fusion of multiple sensors. Ryan also worked as a Lead developer on various control systems and simulation ranges.
