Stephanie McNees

Stephanie McNees has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Stephanie is currently the Director of Business Development at Hidden Road, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to this, Stephanie worked as the Head of OTC Sales at an undisclosed crypto trading firm from February 2022 to June 2022. From July 2021 to February 2022, they served as the Director Execution Sales at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

In their earlier career, Stephanie held several roles at Citadel Securities, including Vice President Sales - European Lead from May 2019 to December 2020, Vice President Sales from January 2017 to April 2019, and Non-Compete from January 2021 to July 2021. Stephanie also gained valuable experience at Barclays Investment Bank, where they were the Vice President Electronic Equities Sales from July 2015 to December 2016 and a Program Manager from October 2012 to July 2015.

Stephanie took a sabbatical in 2011, during which they volunteered. Before their sabbatical, they worked at J.P. Morgan in various roles such as Private Bank – Global Investments Sales Specialist from October 2009 to August 2011, Global Cash Equities from January 2007 to October 2009, and Private Bank Investment Products Group - Project Manager from July 2006 to January 2007. Stephanie began their career as an intern at JPMorgan's Treasury & Security Services - Internal Consulting Services from June 2005 to August 2005.

Stephanie McNees attended the University of Michigan from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Economics and Psychology.
