Glynn Holdway

Glynn Holdway is an experienced operations manager currently overseeing over 50 staff in manufacturing kitchens at Paula Rosa Manhattan since October 2021. Previously held the role of section manager at Higgidy, managing a team of 11 in pastry production, and served as a shift manager overseeing 40 staff. Glynn has also demonstrated leadership as a team leader at Advanced Energy and production manager in subsea areas at GE Oil & Gas, as well as at Teledyne Oil & Gas. Glynn’s career in production supervision began at Honeywell Security and Fire, managing teams in various assembly areas. Educational background includes attendance at Hove Park from 1981 to 1985.
