Kimberly Wentrcek is an experienced professional in employee benefits communications and project management. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Project Management & Production at Higginbotham since April 2022, Kimberly has held various roles within the organization that focus on employee benefits. Prior experience includes serving as a BASE SPED Teacher at Little Elm High School and holding multiple strategic positions at HealthEquity, where responsibilities involved managing client relationships and satisfaction for numerous partnerships. Additionally, Kimberly has held several account management and sales roles at Benefit Harbor, Lincoln Financial Group, United Healthcare, Assurant Employee Benefits, HILB Rogal & Hobbs Co, and UnitedHealth Group, developing a strong background in client relations, team supervision, and product implementation. Kimberly holds an Associate of Arts degree from North Central Texas College.
