Dory Weiss

Dory Weiss currently serves as Director of Product for the Community Management Platform at Vantaca and is an Advisor with High Alpha Innovation. Previous experience includes leading product strategy and development as Head of Product at VIIZR and holding various leadership roles at nCino, Inc., including VP of Sustainability and Social Impact and EVP of Engineering, where significant contributions were made to the company's corporate ESG program and engineering practices. Dory's career began at the University of Texas at Austin, where a solid technical foundation was established, alongside a brief tenure as a Visiting Assistant Professor of English at Earlham College. Dory holds a Master's degree in English from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor's degree in English from Earlham College.
