Melanie Kruger

Melanie Kruger has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Melanie is currently the Chief People Officer at High Alpha Innovation since July 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Red Canary as the SVP Talent from October 2020 to June 2023. Melanie also served as a Techstars Mentor and SVP of People Ops at Techstars from January 2020 to June 2023. Melanie was the VP of People and Culture at TaskRay from February 2017 to February 2019, and at Conga from October 2012 to October 2016. Before that, they were the Director of HR/OD at Nurse-Family Partnership from August 2011 to August 2012. Melanie also held leadership roles at Dexma as the Director of Learning and Development from June 2007 to June 2010, at MoneyGram International as the Manager of Learning & Development from March 2004 to August 2005, at ProVation Medical, Inc. - Wolters Kluwer as the Manager of Client Implementation from November 1999 to March 2004, and at Accenture as a Change Management Consultant from June 1997 to November 1999.

Melanie Kruger holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Melanie also has a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Organizational Learning, Performance & Change from Colorado State University. Melanie attended Blaine Senior High School as well.
