Kathleen Hayes

Kathy Hayes currently serves as the Head of Office Management & Administration at Polen Capital, a position held since November 2020, and also fulfills the role of Administrative Manager. Prior to this, Kathy gained valuable experience as a Senior Administrative Assistant at Greenlane Holdings, Inc. from May 2019 to November 2020, and as an Executive Assistant Office Manager at Trend Capital Management LP from January 2017 to May 2019. Kathy's extensive career in investment banking includes significant roles such as Director of Investment Banking at Barclays Corporate & Investment Bank from September 2008 to May 2013, and Senior Vice President of Investment Banking at Lehman Brothers from April 1986 to September 2008. Kathy holds an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in General Arts and Sciences from Pace University.
