Sydney Evans

Sydney Evans, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Board Member and Recruiting & Community Committee Member at Next Gen Talent since May 2024. At High Alpha Innovation, where Sydney has worked since August 2021, roles include Human Resources Generalist and Talent Coordinator, focusing on onboarding, performance management, benefits, and compliance. Previous experience includes positions as an HR Associate at Anvl, Campus Recruitment Coordinator at Ascend Indiana, and Career Hub Peer Educator at the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs. Sydney also held leadership roles as President of the Human Resource Association at Indiana University and completed internships in HR and Compensation at Stone Belt Arc, Inc. and Indiana University Bloomington, respectively.
