Will Gillis

William Gillis serves as Senior Counsel and Director of Business Affairs at High Alpha Innovation since July 2022, where strategic counsel is provided to the executive team and guidance on portfolio company formations and venture capital financing transactions. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate at Perkins Coie LLP from September 2019 to July 2022, representing technology companies throughout various financing transactions and corporate governance matters. Earlier roles included a Summer Associate position at Debevoise & Plimpton, an internship in the Criminal Division of the United States Attorneys' Offices, and teaching U.S. History at Cristo Rey Philadelphia High School. Educational achievements include a JD, cum laude, from New York University School of Law and an AB in Politics, summa cum laude, from Princeton University.
