Kristen Kenny

Kristen Kenny is an experienced HR and people operations leader currently serving as an Investor - Limited Partner at Stage 2 Capital since June 2024 and as a member of the Navigators Executive Network at High Alpha since January 2021. Previously, Kristen held the position of Chief People Officer at EngageSmart from June 2020 to July 2024 and Vice President of People and Talent at CarGurus between January 2016 and April 2020. Kristen's career began in HR at HubSpot, where significant contributions were made as Director of People Operations from June 2012 to January 2016, and earlier roles included Manager of People Operations at Endeca Technologies, where a global HR business partner function was established. Other previous positions include HR roles at Lilliputian Systems, Veritude, Platform Learning, and InterOPS Management Solutions. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Westfield State University.
