Merredith Lewis

Merredith Lewis has extensive work experience in various roles within the software product management field. Starting in 2000, they began their career as a temporary administrative resource for companies such as Fox Sports Net and Randstad. In 2001, they transitioned to KnowledgeAdvisors and served as an Evaluation Associate, providing system support and administration. Merredith was promoted to Product Manager in 2004, where they created functional specifications and managed the release of upgraded products.

In 2006, they joined Cengage Learning as a Business Analyst and eventually became the BA/QA Project Services Manager, leading a team of BAs and QA analysts. Merredith later served as the Senior Manager of Business Analysis and Quality Assurance, supporting BAs and the QA Manager in releasing high-quality product enhancements.

In 2012, Merredith joined Answers Media as the Director of Quality Assurance, overseeing product development and translating stakeholder information into backlog prioritization. Merredith then moved to Guaranteed Rate in 2012 as the Director of IT Program Management, collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize and scope customization requests for their Loan Origination System.

From 2013 to 2014, they worked as an Independent Consultant, providing training and implementation of Scrum software development processes for a healthcare management start-up firm.

In 2014, they joined CoStar Group as a Product Analyst, working with multiple development teams to deliver new features and enhancements within an Agile framework.

Finally, in 2018, Merredith joined Echo Global Logistics as a Senior Product Owner, collaborating with product managers to break down product visions and finalize requirements.

Currently, they are employed at High Definition Vehicle Insurance (HDVI) as the Vice President of Software Product, overseeing the development of software products.

Merredith Lewis obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Network Technology from DePaul University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003.
