Rochelle Friend

Rochelle Friend has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Rochelle started as an Accountant at Friend & Reagan, PC in 2010, where they conducted financial audits and prepared statements for various organizations. In 2013, they moved to Merina & Co., LLP as a Senior Accountant and was later promoted to Accounting Manager, focusing on financial statements, audits, and internal controls. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Elliott Davis Decosimo as an Audit Manager and Senior Audit Manager. Currently, they are the Chief Financial Officer at High Desert Education Service District, starting in September 2019.

Rochelle Friend earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Linfield University in 2010. Rochelle obtained their CPA certification from the Oregon Board of Accountancy in 2012 and became an Oregon Municipal Auditor in 2013.
