Allyson Hayward

Allyson Hayward is a dedicated fitness instructor currently working at Surge Fitness and HIGH Fitness since July 2021 and January 2020, respectively. With additional experience at StepIt Fitness from December 2022 to December 2023, Allyson has honed skills in fitness instruction. Alongside fitness roles, Allyson operates Moments by Ally as a photographer since September 2014. Past experience includes on-call housekeeping for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and various office and customer service positions, notably as an office assistant at Weber State University and a teller at America First Credit Union. Allyson holds a Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Therapy from Weber State University, earned between 2013 and 2016.
