Joe Francescon

Joe Francescon has extensive experience in government affairs and counterterrorism, holding various positions in the United States Department of Defense, National Security Council, and National Security Agency. Joe currently serves as the Chief of Government Affairs at DZYNE Technologies and as the Chief of Washington Operations at High Point Aerotechnologies. Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from Miami University and a Master of Science in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
