Allen Lepke

Allen Lepke has a diverse work experience ranging from IT consulting to fundraising and management roles. Allen started their career in 1993 as a Jet Engine Specialist in the South Dakota Air National Guard. From 1998 to 2000, they worked as a Network Administrator at Dakota Wesleyan University and also owned and operated an IT consulting company called AST Computer Consulting. In 2000, they joined Innovative Systems LLC as a Customer Support Specialist.

In 2003, Lepke became a City Council Member for the City of Mitchell and served until 2009. Allen then worked as the Development Director at Abbott House Inc. in Mitchell, SD, where they directed the fundraising and marketing operations. Following this, they served as the Director of Development at Dakota Wesleyan University from 2010 to 2011, where they revamped the Fundraising office and helped raise $1.7M.

Lepke joined CHR Solutions in 2012 as a Managed Services Product Manager/Deal Manager. In this role, they developed new products and services for Managed Services, managed the sales process, and was responsible for the product roadmap and development process. Allen worked at CHR Solutions until 2016 and then joined High Point Networks as a Senior Security Engineer.

In 2019, Lepke transitioned to the food industry and became a Franchise Owner at Papa Murphy's International. Overall, Lepke's experience includes IT consulting, network administration, fundraising, management, and security engineering.

Allen Lepke has a diverse education history. Allen obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business from Indiana Wesleyan University from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they attended Mitchell Technical Institute from 1996 to 1998, where they earned an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S) degree in Computer Systems. Allen completed their high school education at Mitchell High School from 1991 to 1994, receiving a diploma.

In addition to their formal education, Allen has also obtained several certifications. Allen became a Cylance Security Professional from Cylance Inc. in January 2020. In January 2017, they earned the Veeam Sales Professional (VMSP) and Veeam Technical Sales Professional (VMTSP) certifications from Veeam Software. Furthermore, they acquired the certifications of Mimecast Technical Support Specialist (MTSS) from Mimecast in December 2019, Tenable Certified Pre-Sales Integrator (TCPSI) and Tenable Certified Sales Associate (TCSA) from Tenable in August 2019, and Tenable Certified Pre-Sales Architect and Tenable Certified Pre-Sales Engineer from Tenable in May 2019. Allen also holds the certifications of Mimecast Archive Technical Professional and Mimecast Security Technical Professional from Mimecast, obtained in December 2019. In October 2018, they achieved the Tenable.io Certificate of Proficiency, and in February 2018, they earned the Nessus Certificate of Proficiency from Tenable. Additionally, they hold a Certificate in Fundraising Management from the University of Nebraska Omaha and a Pragmatic Marketing Certified - Level II (PMC-II) certification from Pragmatic Marketing.
