Tinuola O. currently serves as the Recovery Treatment Team Leader at the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health, overseeing unit operations, program development, and quality assurance since June 2021. Tinuola also educates clinicians in the Addiction Certification Training Program at High Point & Affiliated Organizations and has held various roles including Clinical Supervisor and Family Therapist, focusing on recovery techniques and family education regarding substance use disorders. Prior experience includes serving as a Compliance Officer and Senior Client Service Associate at State Street, and human resources management at Shell. Tinuola holds a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Eastern Nazarene College, an MBEC in Ethics and Compliance from New England College of Business, and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Lagos.
