Crystal Panton

Crystal Panton is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in HR management and consulting. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at High Rise Fire and Security/Scutum Group since September 2021, Crystal has previously held similar roles at Total Fire Protection and High Rise Fire and Security. Crystal's experience also includes positions at Ogilvy & Mather, Deutsche Bank, Brown Brothers Harriman, and AXA Equitable, where a strong focus was placed on employee relations, HR communications, and data analysis. Crystal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Dowling College, earned between 1999 and 2003.
