Kyle Splawn

Kyle Splawn is an experienced production and operations supervisor with a strong background in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Production Supervisor and Safety Coordinator at High Steel Service Center LLC since October 2021, Kyle previously held various leadership roles at Turkey Hill Dairy, including Lead Plant Maintenance Supervisor, where management of a team of supervisors and mechanics was key to optimizing machine performance. Prior experience includes roles as Production Supervisor at The Warrell Corporation, Processing Supervisor at Michael Foods, and Account Manager at The Industrial Fumigant Company, LLC, showcasing expertise in production efficiency, team management, and client relations. A long tenure at Dairy Farmers of America as Senior Process Lead provided a solid foundation in safety protocols, quality control, and equipment maintenance. Kyle is currently pursuing education at Lincoln University.
