Justin Toner

Justin Toner has a strong background in the insurance industry, with their most recent role being as a Branch Principal at Highstreet Insurance Partners since July 2023. Prior to this, they held various roles at Basin Pacific Insurance, starting as an Owner/Vice President of Sales/Account Executive in January 2011 and progressing until August 2023. Before that, they worked as an Account Executive at Brown & Brown from May 2009 to January 2011 and as an Assistant Account Manager at Hub International NW, LLC from April 2006 to January 2009.

Justin Toner obtained their Associate Arts Degree in General Studies from Columbia Basin College from 2001 to 2003. Justin then pursued their Bachelors Degree in Business Management and Marketing at Eastern Washington University from 2003 to 2006.
