Sally So

Sally So has spent her entire career in the global expansion services industry, helping clients ranging in size from small startups to large Fortune 500 companies across a wide ranging scope of areas including tax, accounting, HR, payroll, M&A and legal solutions.

After graduating from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Sally began her career at High Street Partners in Boston as one the most successful graduates of their renowned Associates program for recent college graduates. Sold in a PE-backed merger transaction in 2014, Sally stayed on with the successor company (Radius) in a number of different roles, eventually help to grow their industry-leading Advisory Services team. In 2018 she joined TMF Group to help launch their Consultancy Solutions practice, where during that time she was the Project Manager for their largest M&A transaction to date, an $8 Billion PE-backed carve out from a multinational consumer goods company creating the need for the setup and operational readiness of a 40+ country global footprint upon the closing of the transaction. This transaction was ultimately named Private Equity Deal of the Year by a global media and digital intelligence organization at their annual awards event recognizing leadership in cross-border deal making. She then joined the founding team of HSP Group in 2021, working out of their Boston office.
