Kurt Forstmann

Kurt Forstmann is an experienced professional in the cannabis and finance sectors, currently serving as the Wholesale Division Manager at High Tide Inc., overseeing an international sales team focusing on cannabinoid consumer packaged goods and related services. As the founder of Forstmann Development Group, Kurt assists growth-stage companies in capital markets campaigns and operational risk assessment through advanced data analytics. Previously, at Dixie Brands Inc., Kurt held multiple executive roles, including VP of Corporate Development and VP of Operations, where responsibilities included expanding a national cannabis brand and managing wellness product commercialization. Additional experience includes directing project financing in renewable energy at Renova Capital Partners and managing real estate projects in Colorado and Maryland through KJF, LLC. Kurt holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Villanova University.
