Michael Rybski

Michael Rybski has extensive experience in the field of research and development (R&D), specifically in leadership roles. Michael currently holds the position of VP R&D at Highcon Systems Ltd., starting in September 2022. Prior to this, they were the VP R&D at GreenOnyx from August 2017 to September 2022. Before joining GreenOnyx, Michael worked as an Independent Consultant at Technical Consulting from January 2017 to July 2017. Michael has also held various positions at Nova Measuring Instruments, including VP Product Development from July 2012 to December 2016, and Director and Product Line Manager from January 2011 to July 2012. Earlier in their career, they worked as an R&D Project Manager at HP-Scitex and as a Director and Product Line Manager at BrightView Systems. Michael's first significant role was at Negevtech, where they served as VP R&D, Director of Product Development, Application Development Manager, and HW Platform Manager from 2000 to 2009. Michael began their career at Applied Materials as an HW Platform Team Leader and Mechanical Team Leader from 1995 to 2000.

Michael Rybski attended the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 1986 to 1990, where they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Michael further pursued their education at the same institution and obtained a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from 1990 to 1992.
