Holley Brandchaft-White, MBA, LCSW, MSW, currently serves as a consultant at 18 Coffees and as a strategy consultant for Higher Achievement, where a significant focus on crisis management programs has resulted in a 75% increase in mental healthcare funding. Previously, Holley was the manager of the Trauma Recovery Center at Advocate Aurora Health, overseeing evidence-based practices for trauma recovery, and at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago, where management of a personal caseload of approximately 300 patients included supervising a team of clinicians. Holley's earlier experience includes leading clinical activities as a crisis social work consultant with Higher Achievement.
