Mansi Verma has a wealth of experience in the food industry. Mansi began their career in 2011 as a student at The University of Nottingham. In 2013, they worked as a Product Technologist at Marks and Spencer. In 2014, they held roles as a Sensory Analyst Intern at Mars and a Junior Process Technologist at 2 Sisters Food Group. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at pladis Global as a Product Design Manager, Lead Product Design Technologist, and Ingredients Technologist. In 2018, they moved to English Provender Company as a Senior Product Developer, where they were responsible for the technical, professional, and personal development of two direct reports. In 2019, they began working at Unilever as a Senior Product Developer before joining HigherSteaks in 2021 as a Senior Food Scientist.
Mansi Verma attended Sir Henry Floyd Grammar School from 2004 to 2011. Mansi then went on to the University of Nottingham where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Food Science with a Year in Industry from 2011 to 2015.
