Martin Hancock is currently the VP of People at Uncommon, overseeing people & HR strategy for a cultivated meat biotech. Prior to this, Martin held roles at RL100, EY, and the NHS, where Martin led national talent management initiatives. With a background in recruitment, management consulting, and a strong educational foundation from Cranfield University, University of Bristol, and Gordonstoun, Martin brings a wealth of experience in talent management and leadership development.
