Josh Thompson

Josh Thompson is a Senior Project Manager at Highland Homes since June 2013. Josh utilizes BuildPro scheduling software to forecast and schedule construction of custom houses. Josh also communicates with subcontractors and negotiates cost analysis. Prior to this, Josh worked as a Grocery Manager at Leonards Grocery and oversaw hiring, training, buying, and merchandising to ensure gross profit. At United Supermarkets, as a Sacker turned Manager, Josh oversaw total store operations and monitored departments to ensure proper procedures. Josh analyzed sales forecasts and created goals to increase sales and productivity. Josh graduated from Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business in 2013 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management.
