Tyra Jones serves as a Public Engagement Coordinator at Highland Planning LLC since November 2021, where responsibilities include designing and managing public engagement processes for various projects, coordinating meetings, conducting stakeholder interviews, managing databases, and developing communications plans. Additionally, Tyra has been a Contact Tracer for the New York State Department of Health since January 2021 and has held the position of Village Leader with the Salvation Army since June 2010. Early experience includes customer service roles at Frontier Field and El Dorado Mexican Cuisine. Tyra holds a degree in Communication and Media Studies from Post University and pursued Culinary Arts at Monroe Community College.
