The Leadership Team at Highland Rivers Behavioral Health is responsible for strategic planning, operational oversight, and community engagement to ensure the agency delivers high-quality, accessible behavioral healthcare services. This team, including the Chief Executive Officer, Vice President of Human Resources, Vice President of Community Engagement & Development, Chief Operating Officer, and Vice President of New Market Development, collaboratively works to expand services, optimize resources, and foster community relationships across the 13-county service area, ensuring no individual is denied care due to financial limitations.
