At Highland Spring we are looking a Quality Leader who will be responsible for ensuring our customers technical requirements are met to a high quality standard. You will be an integral part of our Technical Team and will ultimately be responsible for compliance for legality, food safety, quality, authenticity of our range of products.

What you will be doing:

Your day to day will be varied however some of the duties you will be tasked with will include:

  • Investigate root causes and ensure adequate corrective/preventative action in response to complaints, quality incidents or quarantines
  • Conduct traceability and GMP audits
  • Responsible for quality check maintenance & competency training
  • Responsible for leading allocated quality projects
  • Oversee QMS maintenance & document control
  • Deputise for Quality Manager and Technical Services Manager as required
  • Responsible for the completion of retailer & brand specifications
  • Creation and maintenance of retailer quality attribute sheets
  • Collation of group information/data as required
  • Responsible for retailer & own label artwork sign off
