Ann Hoile Bsn

Ann Hoile BSN, RN is a seasoned nursing professional with extensive experience in management and clinical roles. Currently serving as the Director of Nursing and previously as Nurse Manager at Highland Springs since December 2015, Ann has demonstrated strong leadership capabilities. Prior to this, Ann worked at Southwest General Health Center from October 2010 to November 2015 as the Assistant Clinical Manager for Geriatric Behavioral Health. Ann's clinical experience includes serving as a Registered Nurse at Oakview Behavioral Health, where responsibilities included Nursing Quality Representative and Systems Matter Expert for Behavioral Health. Ann's career began at Blanchard Valley Health System as a Psychiatric Technician from February 2005 to July 2010. Ann holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kent State University and an Associate of Science in Nursing from Owens Community College.
