Carrie Mathews has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Carrie started their career at ExpressJet Airlines as a Flight Attendant, ensuring passenger safety and providing excellent customer service. Carrie then transitioned to Frontier Airlines as a Customer Service Representative, where they handled ticketing, flight preparation, and problem-solving. Carrie later joined Mayo Aviation as a Flight Controller. Carrie further pursued their career in the aviation industry by becoming a Human Resources Specialist at Schomp Automotive Group, where they managed employment records and ensured compliance with regulations. Carrie then worked as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Highline Automotive Inc, where they implemented organizational standards and performed quality assurance and customer service duties. After that, they served as a Market Center Administrator at Keller Williams Realty, Inc., overseeing administrative operations. Currently, Carrie holds the position of Director of Risk Management at Highlands Behavioral Health System, where they are responsible for managing risk and resolving grievances and patient concerns.

Carrie Mathews received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado in 2017. Prior to that, they attended Front Range Community College from 2003 to 2006, where they studied English, Psychology, and Communications.
