About the role: You are looking for an opportunity as a Technical Marketing Specialist to bring your abilities to architect a full-funnel marketing campaign to solve the needs, and have the technical expertise to build out all stages of the marketing funnel process. From forms & surveys, to landing pages, to nurture automation, you’ve got it all covered. You are truly a self-starter to help our marketing team grow. You have a well-rounded understanding of email, SMS, and funnel-marketing plus the technical expertise to bring a marketing campaign from mind-map to life.

To be successful in this role, you will support the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract customers to our company website, webinars, and general online presence. You will work alongside Marketing Directors and Managers to analyze online statistics and identify areas to optimize online marketing performance. In conjunction with the Content team, you will develop e-marketing content and explore methods to improve sales channels through marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related experience.
  • At least 2 years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Agency Marketing or related experience.
  • At least 2 years working with automation software (HighLevel, ActiveCampaign, Keap, Hubspot) preferred.
  • At least 2 years working with email marketing software (MailChimp, ActiveCampaign, Constant Contact, etc.) preferred.
  • Prior or current SaaS experience is required to be successful in this role.
  • A high attention to detail and project management aptitude is required.
  • Strong collaboration, time-management and prioritization skills are critical to the success of this role.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships internally with teams and externally with customers.
  • Demonstrated approach to problem solving and conflict management.
  • Must be a go-getter, not afraid to ask questions, and take accountability.
  • Must be a quick learner and willing to take on challenging tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect all aspects of marketing campaigns needed, including: funnel/website pages, workflows (automations), emails, Trigger Links, Zaps, Copy, etc.
  • Develop marketing funnels and website pages that guide customers through the buying journey.
  • Create workflows and automations that nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Build and send professional email and SMS campaigns using marketing automation tools, ensuring messages are personalized and optimized for conversion.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize for engagement and conversion.
  • Analyze marketing statistics and KPIs to track the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports to stakeholders on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall business goals.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Content Coordinator and Content Manager to test and ensure all stages of marketing initiatives, including graphics and copy, are ready for launch.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve campaign performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting.
  • Develop "product story" scenarios for How-To content and playbooks that showcase the features and benefits of products or services in an engaging and informative way.
