Loyal Allen

Loyal Allen Jr., M.A., serves as the Associate Dean for Student Funding Services at Highline College since October 2009, overseeing the Student Funding Center, which includes Financial Aid, Workforce Education Services, and the WSSN - Benefits Hub. Previous roles at Highline College include Director of Workforce Education Services and Workforce Funding Advisor, where responsibilities involved managing grant budgets, supervising staff, advising students academically and financially, and collaborating with various departments to ensure student success. Loyal Allen Jr. holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University Seattle and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Seattle University, along with an Associate of Arts from Highline College. Prior experience includes working as a Front-End Assistant at Costco Wholesale from June 2003 to July 2014.
