Steven Sloniker

Steve Sloniker rejoined Highline College in 2022 and oversees the Human Resources department. He has worked in Human Resource leadership positions in higher education since 2018, and previously worked as a labor advocate for state employees in both general government and higher education. Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in political economy with a minor in business administration, a certificate in human resource management, a Master of Science degree in management and leadership, and is working towards completing a master’s degree in business administration.
