Dr. David Weston

Teacher Mentor at Highline Public Schools

Dr. David Weston is an experienced educational leader currently serving as a Leadership Coach for the Association of Washington School Principals since January 2014, where collaboration with K-12 Administrators in the Puget Sound region focuses on achieving organizational goals. Additionally, Dr. Weston acts as a Teacher Mentor for Highline Public Schools, providing guidance to veteran teachers on Plan of Assistance status. Previous roles include supervising student teachers at Western Governors University, leading the development of Chettinad Lincoln International School in India as Pre-Operational Head of School, and serving as an Adjunct Professor at Lehigh University. Dr. Weston's extensive administrative experience spans multiple international and American institutions, including positions as Principal and Deputy Principal. Academically, Dr. Weston holds a Doctor of Education in International School Leadership from Lehigh University and a Master’s degree in Educational Administration and Supervision from Eastern Washington University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Washington State University.
