Aimee Girod

Aimee Girod currently serves as the Vice President of Clinical Strategy and Performance at Highmark Health since 2022, focusing on operationalizing clinical models to enhance engagement in clinical programs and maximize performance in value reimbursement models. Prior to this role, Aimee held several positions at Highmark Inc., including Director of Specialty Case/Disease Management, where oversight of a team supporting at-risk populations improved care outcomes, and Medical Review Clinician, conducting detailed clinical reviews for medical necessity. Aimee also directed the development of specialized care programs for Hemophilia and Hereditary Angioedema while identifying cost-saving initiatives in care management. Aimee holds an MBA/MSN in Health Administration from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, a BSN from Thomas Jefferson University, and a nursing diploma from Washington Hospital School of Nursing.
