Amy Patterson Molinaro

Amy Patterson Molinaro has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role being Lead HRIS Analyst at Highmark Health since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Sr. Business Technical Analyst at Highmark Health from March 2017 to June 2021. Before joining Highmark Health, Amy worked at Giant Eagle, Inc. as a Workforce Management Systems Analyst from March 2013 to March 2017 and as an HR Business Partner from February 2000 to February 2013.

Amy Patterson Molinaro attended Robert Morris University from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management. Prior to that, they completed their secondary education at Washington High School. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained two certifications: a SHRM-CP from SHRM in June 2015, and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2009.
